South Gate United Methodist Church is a growing congregation working very hard to provide programs and ministries aimed at serving every age level. Our program ministries offer a wide variety of opportunities for involvement that includes United Methodist Youth Fellowship, United Methodist Women and an excellent scouting program. If you are interested in music, we offer Crusader’s Choir (Kindergarten through 5th graders), Spirit Singers (6th grade through senior high), Celebration Singers (adult chancel choir), Brothers in Harmony (men’s chorus) and two handbell choirs. We also have a number of family oriented social groups that gather monthly for fun and fellowship. Our education department offers a full range of classes from preschool through high school for children and youth. We also have a very fine adult classes and Bible studies during the week. A nursery is available during both services on Sundays.
These are just a few of the many ministry opportunities we offer to our community and our members to have their needs met and to be involved in meeting the needs of others as we unite to be a community of faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.

Register now for Vacation Bible School, June 25 - 29, 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. This year's theme is "Sky - Everything is Possible with God." You can register online by clicking the VBS Registration link on the left.
May 1st 2012 - Only One Service
There will only be one worship service on Sunday, May 6 at 11:00 a.m. due to the Lincoln Marathon. Sunday School will be held at its regular time, 9:45 a.m.
